Shipping

At bloomscrunchiesco, all scrunchies listed as in stock are pre-made and ready to ship. These orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days.

If you’d like to order a scrunchie that’s not in stock, please allow up to 5 working days for it to be handmade and shipped out to you.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Orders are shipping through Royal Mail.

Returns & Exchanges 

At Bloom Scrunchies Co, all our scrunchies are lovingly handmade in the UK by the owner, Becca, on her kitchen table (yes, really!), making each one beautifully unique.

We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to provide a credit note for full-priced items returned within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in a sellable condition.

Return shipping costs may apply and will be confirmed during the return process.

In the rare event you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll happily exchange it for the same size and colour.
