• Handmade Nature: All of our products are handmade in Staffordshire, UK. As such, there may be slight variations in sizing, pattern placement, or stitching compared to the images shown on the website. These variations are not defects but rather part of the unique character of handmade items.
• Colours: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
• Availability: Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities (due to small-batch production) and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

• Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them, unworn and unused.
• Exceptions: Custom-made or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
